NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of personal care services, once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the result, change of mind, or personal preference.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify our staff at the front desk before payment so we may assist you immediately.

Once payment is completed and the customer leaves the salon, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
